These exercises are: Squat with abduction- right leg by 1 minutes, Squat with abduction- left leg by 1 minutes, Fire hydrants- right leg by 1 minutes, Fire hydrants- left leg by 1 minutes, Banded crab walks by 1 minutes. Now You do 1 minutes rest. Next You do: Glute bridges with hip abduction 1 minutes, Banded back and forward crab walks by 1 minutes, Banded kick backs on bench- right leg by 1 minutes, Banded kick backs on bench- left leg by 1 minutes.
