If You want to lose belly fat and You look for suitable exercises You must try these 4 week training. You do in first and third week following exercises: Full extension, Half v tucks, Jump squats, 4 times abs, Windshield wiper and Burpees. You do 25 reps these exercises. In second and fourth week You do following exercies: Plank hip dip, Spiderman plank, Plank jacks, Half boat, Flutter kicks, Groiners. You do 30 seconds workout and 10 second rest.
