These exercises are: Y-raise- 60 seconds, Alternating superman hold- 60 seconds, Cobra w/ external rotation- 60 seconds, Incline push-up- 60 seconds, Pulsing reverse fly- 60 seconds, Shoulder circles- 60 seconds, Bird dog- 60 seconds, Plank w/ arm reach- 60 seconds. You do 20 seconds rest between exercises.
