30-Minute Strong CORE Slim Waist Ballet-Inspired Exercises

If You want have strong core and waist like a ballerina You do these exercises for 30 minutes 2-3 times weekly. As first You do 5 reps Plank to chair. As secnd You do 10 reps Standing mermaid on each side. Next You do 10 reps All fours floating kicks on each side. As fourth You do 10 reps Plank to downward dog on each side. At the end You do 15 reps Ab fold.
