If You want have pretty and muscle arms You try this short training. Thanks of them You can have arms as model. As first You do Jumprope warm- up by 2 minutes. Next You do Arm twist side 20 times. As third You do Arm rotation front out/in 20 times each version. As fourth You do Elbow in/out side 20 times. As fifth You do Fast stretch. Next You do Elbow in/out front 20 times. As seventh You do Tricep kickbacks 20 times. Later You do Cobra tricep dips 20 times. Next You do Tricep dips 20 times. As last You do stretch. You do 20 pulse between each exercise.
