11 Line Abs Workout (No Equipment)

If You look for exercises on a 11 line abs You must try this training. You need have only 11 minutes- this training is short but intense. These exercises are: Bicycles, Frog crunches, Sit-ups, Reverse crunches, Single leg crunch, Other leg, Hand crunch, In out abs, All 4’s knee to elbow, Other leg, Slow mountain climbers. Next You do 30 seconds rest and You repeat again these exercises.
