If You look for exercises for all groups of muscle and tone Your body You must try exercises with ball. You need have 20 minutes for all training. You do 2 rounds, every contains 9 exercises. You do every exercise 45 seconds and 15 seconds rest. These exercises are: Overhead ball squat, Wall squat, Push-ups, Back extension, Leg curl, Leg raises, Jack knife, Plank, Hand off.
