Bodyweight HIIT CARDIO Intervals (Fat Burning!)

You look for exercises cardio and You want to fat burning You need not much time for these. You do short warm up before workout and You have to do 2 sets. You do every exercises 20 seconds and 10 seconds rest. One of the set is four exercises: Jumping jacks, Mud jumps, Kangaroo jumps and side to side shuffles. Second from the set is also four exercises: Side crunches to burpees, Mountain climber, Plank jacks and Dip kicks.
