These exercises are: Run on the spot- 45 seconds, Squat to stiff leg- 45 seconds, Thread the needle left- 30 seconds, Thread the needle right- 30 seconds. Now You do 45 seconds rest. Next You do: Star jumps- 45 seconds, Scissor kicks- 45 seconds, Squat jump ins- 45 seconds. Now You do 1 minute rest. Next You do again: Run on the spot, Squat to stiff leg, Thread the needle left and right. Now You do 45 seconds rest and You do again: Star jumps, Scissor kicks and Squat jump ins.
