Slim Legs Workout (7 Minutes)

If You want to have slimmer legs You need have only 7 minutes for all training. You do every exercises by 60 seconds. First of the exercise is Front kick and side kick. Second of the exercise is Plie squat. Next of them is Plie pulses. Fourth of the exercise is Side lunches and knee drive. Next of them is Criss cross crunches. Sixth of them is Inner thigh lift. Last of them is another side.
