In third circuit You do: Burpee sit thrus, Each side lunge skip, Inchworm plank, Roll to stand. Next workout You do with dumbbell: Two-way ab march, Rainbow split squat jumps, Knee tuck push ups, Ab extensions, 3-way slider wipers. Third workout You do on the plank: Plank toe touch, Plank jacks, Side plank hip dip with reach, Double climbers, Inchworm plank. Next of the workout You do fast: Burpee sit thru, Push up walk back, Jump knee tucks, Mountain climbers.
