Long & Lean Calf Exercises (No Weights!) | Joanna Soh

If You want have long and lean calves You must try these 6 exercises. You should work 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest and You do 2 sets. You need have only 12 minutes for all training. These exercises are: Jumping rope, In and out steps, Shuffle, Squat jump, Single leg calf raises, and Downward walking dog.
