5 EXERCISES THAT BUILT MY QUADS – TRY THIS WORKOUT FOR SORE LEGS!

If You look for exercises for Your quads You must try this training. You need have only 11 minutes for all training. First of the exercise is DB Goblet squats- You do 15 reps and 4 sets. Second of the exercise is Front foot elevate DB split squats- You do 10 reps for each leg and 4 sets. Next of the exercise is Narrow stance leg press- You do 20 reps and 4 sets. Fourth of the exercise is Heel elevate squats- You do 8 reps and 4 sets. Last of the exercise is Smith machine duck stance- You do 15 reps and 4 sets. You do about 60 seconds rest time between exercises.
