You can do quick and effective exercises fodr Abs in the gym or at home. You do: – L-shaped roll, – Hand standing plank with a hip dip, – Scissor cross into a V-up, – Dead Bug, – Windshield wiper. You do three rounds- 30 sec work and 30 sec rest.
