If You look for exercises for booty burn You must try this training. This is quick but intense training and You needn’t have equipment. These exercises are: Pulse lunge left, Pulse lunge right, Lunge w/ leg raise left, Lunge w/ leg raise right, Jump squat, Side squat steps, Sumo squat, Abductor squat. Next You do training on the mat: Donkey kicks right, Donkey kicks left, Fire hydrants- straight kickback right, Fire hydrants- straight kickback left, Frog kicks alternating, Frog kicks. Next You do: Glute bridge normal, Glute bridge- on left leg, Glute brigde- on right leg, Glute bridge- narrow stance, Glute bridge- alternating leg raise, Glute bridge hold.
