6 MINUTE AB WORKOUT!!! (no equipment)

These are intensive but short exercises on a abs. You do 50 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest. One of them is Straight Body Crunches. Second of them is Leg lift extensions. Next of them is Single leg lifts. Fourth of them is Dish tucks. Fifth of them is Ankle taps and at the end is Plank twist.
