If You want lose weight fast and You look for exercises cardio, core and strength these exercises are for You. Your training take 25 minute- each exercises 45 seconds and 15 second rest. Exercises on a cardio are: Jumping jacks with burpees, Side shuffles, Straight punches and Switch lunges. Exercises on a strenght are: Squat with shoulder press, Lunge with bicep curl, Shoulder tap push-up and Bridge chest press. Exercises on a core are: Plank walk with side knee tucks, Alternate leg lifts, Alternate knee tucks and Straight arm superman.
