If You haven’t time but You want train total body You try these exercises. You need only 20 minutes. You do every exercises about 10 reps and You repeat 2 sets. As first You do Squat with single arm shoulder press. As second You do Bent over row to deadlift. As third You do Lunge and twist. Next You do Plank row push-up. As fifth You do T-raises. At the end You do Full crunch with leg raise.
