You do: V-tucks, Plank rock and jumping jacks. After one minute rest You do: Knee tucks, Plank up-down and Wide squat cross. You do one minute rest and You do: Criss cross scisors, Spiderman plank and kneel to sqaut. After one minute rest You do: Russian twist, Plank hip-dip and Burpees.
