You do these exercises two or three times a week. You need have only dumbbells. You do four superset containing two exercises. One of them is superset Legs, thighs and bums- dumbbell squat and reverse lunge. The second is Back and chest- dumbbell row and chest press. Third of them is Arms and shoulders- bicep curl to shulder press and tricep kickback. Last of them is Core- dumbbell swing and russian twist.
