If You look exercises for lean and toned thighs You must try these training. These are exercises kickboxing for inner and outer thighs. You need have only about 14 minutes for all training. You have to do 8 exercises and You do 2 series at the beginning. You do 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. these exercises are: Curtsy lunge, Side kicks, In-out wide squat twist, Knee strikes, Side plank crunch, Inner thigh lift, Wide scissors, Kneel to squat.
