You should do warm-up before every training. You do 5-10 minutes warm-up and You thanks to that burn more calories, build more strength and You receive better results. You do every exercise throught 30 seconds. First You do exercises cardio: Jump rope, Overhead reach and crunch, Jumping jacks, Lateral step toe touch and Cross jacks. Next You do exercises dynamic stretches: Lunge with overhead reach, Alternating side lunge, Inchworm, Glute bridge and Kneeling extension rotation.
