If You have more time to training and You want to do cardio exercises You can try these 35 minutes training. You do every exercise 30 seconds and 10 seconds rest. At the beginning You do warm up: Arm circles with high knees, Arm crossers with booty kickers and Welcome to my homes with tap backs. Next You do cardio exercises: Big arm side shuffles, Middle skips, Walking stars, Low tick tocks, Booty kicker jacks and Star bursts. Next You do cardio toning exercises: Overhead to side crunch, Sidestep biceps curls, Front raise skiers, High knee punches, Drinky bird jacks and Punch down switchfoot Next You do strength exercises: Split squats, Letter, Curtsy lunges with press ups, Bent over flys, Side bend side balance and Peek a boo high knees. At the end You do Front kick and back kick.
