My Fitness / Workout Routine – Joanna Soh

If You looking for fitness training You can try these exercises. Yo have to do 5 superset each 2 or 3 exercises. Firts of them is on leg: Sumo squat and Single leg lunge. Second of them is on back and chest: Plank row push-up and Deadlifts and bent- over row. Third of them is on chest and tricep: chest press on swiss ball and Tricep dips with swiss ball. Fourth of them is on shoulders and legs: Lunge and shoulder press and round the shoulders. Fifth of them is on core: Crunch with leg extension, Spiderman and Swiss ball plank rocks.
