If You look for exercises who You can make at the morning You must try this training. You can these exercises even in pyjamas. This is total body training. You need have only 15 minutes for all training. You do 2 sets, every exercises You do 45 seconds and 15 seconds rest and 1 minute rest between sets. You have to do 7 exercises. These exercises are: Kneel to squat pulses, Alternate lunge touch down, Plank hop to push-up, Plank jacks, Dolphin plank, Groiners, Half V to knee tucks.
