60 MINUTE BRUTAL POWER HOUR

If You look for intense training all body and You can make exercises one hour You try these training. You have to do four circuits. You do each exercise 1 minute and You do 15 seconds rest. In first circuit You do: Deadlift front lunge, Sit thru pushup, In and out fast feet and Bear crawl. You do three repeat. In second circuit You do: Weighted step up, Tricep press extension, 2 Jack and jack squatand Eagle crunch. You do three repeat. In third circuit You do: Weighted glute abduction, Wide row hammer curl, 2 jack tuck jump and Scorpian get up. In fourth circuit You do: 3 pulse squat, Forward press arnold, In and out squat jump 1/4 turn, 3 point knee in plank.
