If You look for full body workout You should try these training. You need have 20 minutes. You do every exercise 45 seconds and 15 seocnds rest. On the warm up You do – Easy jacks, – Cossack squats, – Bird dog and Pendulum lunges. As workout You do – Reverse lunge, squat, heel click, – 2 pushups, 2 shoulder taps, – Reverse lunge, squat, – Plank step overs, – KB swings, – 1 1/2 squat and oh press, – Step up, bicep curl, – Knee-in, pike, – Step up, bicep curl, – Russian twists.
