You have to do 5 series exercises five times. You do every exercise through 20 seconds. You do training through 30 minutes. In the first series You do: Snowboard hop burpees, Corncob push up and rest. In the second series You do: Squat double lunge, Plank jacks and rest. In the third series You do: Diagonal skater hops with back pedal, Crawl with sit thru and rest. in the next series You do: Plyo jacks, Push up step knee and rest. At the end series You do: Side shuffle with down-up, Plank with kick unders and rest.
