It is important for You that Your body isn’t only slim but also strong. You must do exercises muscle arms, back, chest and shoulder. You do four circuit. One of them is single arm dumbbell row and deadlift to shoulder press. The second is hip bridge chest press, hip bridge fly and pushups. Next of them is upright row to front raise, lateral raise and punches. Last of them is bicep curl to tricep kickback, reverse fly and forearm plank to dolphin.
